BZS Lecture: “Ecology Of The Sargasso Sea”

Dr. Robbie Smith, the Curator of the Bermuda Natural History Museum at BAMZ, will be presenting a lecture on the “Ecology of the Sargasso Sea” on Wednesday, February 24th at 7.00pm.

The event poster says, “Dr. Robbie Smith will discuss the diversity of life in the Sargassum community, its role in the ocean ecosystem and importance to many marine fishes, sea turtles and seabirds.

“The effects of climate change and marine pollution on the Sargassum community and the Sargasso Sea will also be highlighted. Open to the public. Space is limited. Please visit our website to register online to attend.”
