The Bermuda Turtle Project has revealed that three turtles originally tagged in Bermuda in the 1990s have been seen on nesting beaches in Costa Rica and Mexico, each bearing titanium tags that were put on them during turtle tagging sessions by the Bermuda Turtle Project.

Bermuda has provided an open-air classroom for students from Flagler College in Florida, who just got their second round of hands-on research experience.
Flagler's Coastal Environmental Science programme has been linked since 2013 with the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo, as well as the Atlantic Conservation Partnership.
A group from St. Augustine college arrived here on May 16 for a week of lectures and field trips, experiencing Nonsuch Island and local waste facilities such as Tyne's Bay Incinerator.
The Island has proven ideal for exploring issues of sustainability, according to Dr. Jessica Veenstra, who accompanied the team - and they were afforded perfect weather for snorkel and diving trips.
During their stay, students heard from local scientists and conservationists, including Dr.Jamie Bacon, Stuart Hayward and Jeremy Madeiros.
